Lilly Pulitzer is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for our Lynnfield, MA MarketStreet location. You will help clients, support sales and store operations, and deliver a service-driven experience in line with the Lilly Pulitzer brand.

Responsibilities include driving sales through product knowledge and client communication, building client relationships, and upholding store visuals. Flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or client-service experience in fashion/retail preferred.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and stay on your feet during shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds.
