Job summary

Lilly Pulitzer is seeking an Associate Manager to help run daily store operations, drive sales and deliver an exceptional client experience at our Mashpee location.

You will lead a division of responsibility, coach team members, and ensure accurate cash handling while upholding brand standards and a vibrant Lilly Pulitzer culture. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in fashion or retail preferred.
• Strong supervisory, communication, and customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft & Apple technology.
• XStore and Tulip knowledge a plus.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee assigned division of responsibility and be accountable for results.
• Communicate store initiatives and announcements to the team.
• Coach associates with clear, actionable feedback.
• Ensure team participates in selling activities for exceptional client experience.
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and store safety procedures.
• Uphold Lilly Pulitzer visual and operational standards.
