Wild Fork Foods is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to create an exceptional guest experience by delivering the company’s service philosophy of personal chef and friendly butcher. You will engage customers with product knowledge, meal inspiration, and warm hospitality while supporting stock and store readiness.

This role requires at least 1 year in retail or food-related fields, the ability to work in cold environments, and willingness to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings,

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail, grocery, hospitality, or food experience required.
• Strong customer service and enthusiasm for food/cooking.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in extremely cold temperatures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand 8–10 hours.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, engaging shopping experience as a 'personal chef & friendly butcher'.
• Provide recommendations, cooking tips, and product insights.
• Support replenishment, merchandising, and store readiness.
• Assist with deliveries, back-stock, and shrink-prevention.
• Operate POS, handle cash, and perform opening/closing duties.
• Collaborate with team leaders and participate in trainings.
