Job summary

Floor & Decor is hiring Design Consultants in Atlanta to set appointments and meet customers in store, guiding them through tile, wood, and stone selections to complete their design plans.

The role requires at least 1 year of interior design experience or equivalent, strong customer service, and the ability to work retail hours, including some holidays. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• One year of interior design experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic mathematics and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work retail hours including weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Set appointments and meet with customers to determine design needs.
• Sell tile, wood, and stone products to complete design plans.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and contribute to design studio success.
• Maintain relationships with customers through follow-up and CRM usage.
