The CSR will engage with diverse customers, participate in training programs, and contribute to a fast-paced, community-focused team. Full-time hours with weekend shifts are required and on-the-job coaching is provided to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS, Microsoft Office, and computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background checks are conducted as required by law.
• Able to meet physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Offer personalized financial services that fit customers' lifestyles.
• Enter and maintain customer information into the POS system with precision.
• Assist in daily call campaigns to build new business.
• Support account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Participate in on-site activities and community events as needed.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards for a great customer experience.
• Follow security protocols for opening/closing, vault and cash drawer management.
