Job summary

H&M in Baltimore is looking for a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guidance, helping customers find fashion items and sharing knowledge on trends and products. You will actively promote the Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability initiatives while supporting clean, organized merchandise displays.

You will work with the team on achieving sales targets, maintain store standards, and assist with stock, fitting rooms, and checkout operations, while following

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers in fashion retail and delivering excellent service.
• Able to communicate clearly and engage customers in conversations about products and trends.
• Ability to promote products, loyalty programs, and store initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote and sell products and services to customers.
• Promote the Hello Member loyalty program and sustainability initiatives in-store.
• Maintain tidy sales floor and back of house areas, including stockrooms.
• Assist with garment presentation, replenishment, and shop displays.
• Support opening and closing of the store and follow safety guidelines.
