You will engage customers, share fashion insights, and help maintain a clean, visually appealing store environment. This role emphasizes teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced fashion retail setting.

Qualifications

• Passion for fashion and in-store experiences.
• Proven customer service experience in fashion, retail, or similar.
• Able to engage customers and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store.
• Promote products and drive sales to achieve targets with the store team.
• Engage customers, discuss fashion trends, stories, and products.
• Promote Hello Member loyalty app and in-store sustainability efforts.
• Maintain a clean, tidy sales floor and assist back of house as needed.
• Support opening/closing store procedures and visual standards.
