Job summary

H&M is seeking a Sales Advisor to deliver outstanding customer service and guide customers through the store to actively sell our fashion products. You will share fashion knowledge and support with garment care, presentation, and a tidy sales floor in collaboration with the store team.

You will engage customers, promote our loyalty app and sustainability initiatives, and contribute to meeting store sales targets while maintaining a positive brand image.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail or service industries.
• Ability to guide customers through fashion trends and products.
• Strong communication and conversational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and guide customers through the store and Omni experience.
• Promote and sell products to customers and support achieving sales targets.
• Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and product information to assist customers.
• Maintain garment care, presentation and store cleanliness, including back of house.
• Promote loyalty and sustainability initiatives to customers.
