Hot Topic is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate to help create an engaging in-store experience for fans of music and pop culture. You will leverage your product knowledge to assist customers, stock and replenish products, and keep the store visually appealing while focusing on the in-store experience.

Role requires strong customer service, the ability to work as part of a team, and readiness to handle sales transactions on the register. Flexible hours and a passion for fandom are a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to fans and customers.
• Maintain visual standards and stock shelves.
• Operate the register and process transactions, including add-on sales.
• Assist with planograms, store maps, and merchandising layout.
• Collaborate with store leadership to prevent theft and maintain stockroom organization.
