Hot Topic is seeking a motivated Sales Associate to deliver an energized shopping experience for fans of music and pop culture. You will help customers find merch, stock and replenish products, and maintain a visually appealing store environment to enhance the in-store experience.

You will process transactions, share fandom knowledge, and collaborate with team members to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Retail experience is required.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Collaborative and good communication with teammates.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent shopping experience to encourage return visits.
• Maintain visual standards in assigned floor zones.
• Process sales at the register and drive add-on sales.
• Assist with planogram changes and merchandising.
• Share fashion and music trend information with management and HQ partners.
• Prevent theft by cooperating with store management.
• Keep stock room organized and the store tidy.
• Work as a team and support store leadership.
