Hot Topic is seeking a Sales Associate who loves music and pop culture to help create an engaging in-store experience. You will share fandom knowledge, stock products, and assist customers with enthusiastic service.

In this role, you will handle transactions, maintain visual standards, and collaborate with store leadership to ensure an exciting, organized, and welcoming environment for fans entering the shop.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing sales roles.
• Strong customer service and selling skills.
• Able to greet and assist customers enthusiastically.

Responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage customer return.
• Cover sales floor and maintain visual standards.
• Operate the register and process sales, including add-ons.
• Share fashion and music trends with team and HQ partners.
• Help prevent theft and maintain store security.
• Keep stock room organized and store tidy.
• Foster team communication and collaboration.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Store Leader.
