Job summary

Kith Malibu is seeking a Customer Experience Supervisor to lead the sales floor, coach the team, and uphold brand service standards while delivering an elevated in-store experience. This full-time role supports daily operations and partners with store management to engage customers with the brand.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities on the floor.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of management experience in a retail customer-centric environment.
• 1 year+ experience with retail/apparel operations is preferred.
• 1 year+ resolving customer service-related issues.
• Strong leadership presence and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team on the floor.
• Coach team members in real time to strengthen selling behaviors and service standards.
• Support execution of customer engagement initiatives and brand activations.
• Assist with daily store operations and uphold brand service excellence.
