Kith Malibu is seeking a Lead Cashier in Malibu, CA to act as an extension of store management. You will manage cash flow, POS processes, and serve as the liaison for all cash management needs from the retail door to HQ, while helping train staff and enforce SOP.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a managerial role.
• Experience with retail/apparel operations and POS a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Ambassador for the brand by delivering exceptional customer experience.
• Complete all cashier transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in cashier training programs and SOPs.
• Maintain data integrity and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Provide register training to staff as needed.
• Handle customer situations in line with policy and procedures.
• Maximize opportunities at the cash wrap to boost loyalty.
• Audit and provide feedback on register procedures.
• Perform opening and closing register procedures.
• Manage POS procedures across stores in partnership with management.
