Job summary

Burberry in Chicago seeks a Store Supervisor to oversee daily floor operations and ensure the Burberry Experience for every client. You will coach and develop a high-performing retail team, drive sales, and manage customer flow to deliver outstanding service.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of supervisory retail experience, proficiency with POS systems, and comfort using Apple devices to support digital tools on the selling floor.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of POS systems.
• Experience with Apple mobile devices and digital tools.
• 1-2 years supervisory or management experience in retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate sales associates to deliver high-value experiences on the selling floor.
• Partner with associates to improve selling skills and close sales to achieve goals.
• Lead a high performing customer-facing team aligned with Burberry experience standards.
• Manage customer flow to ensure excellent service and no unattended clients.
• Drive partnership on the selling floor between sales associates, specialists, stock, and operations.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and post-transaction feedback to staff.
