Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product preparation and presentation, training and provide superb service to all Club members, including participation in new location grand openings.

CDS offers comprehensive benefits and a set Tue–Sat schedule with 8:30 AM–5:30 PM shifts, plus opportunities for career growth within a leading in-store event marketing partner for Costco.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent required or related experience.
• 2–4 years of related experience in retail, hospitality, or food environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to coach and develop staff.
• Ability to supervise diverse teams and exercise independent judgement.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
• Monitor performance metrics and adjust staffing as needed.
