Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators, oversee preparation and training, and coordinate with warehouse managers, vendors, and staff. This role also supports grand openings and ensures top-notch customer service during events at Costco locations.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-side branded CPG company or a combination of supplier- and client-side experience.
• Proven Supervising skills including delegating, training and evaluating performance.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Direct all activities engaged in successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products.
• Communicate strategies and tactics to achieve sales, service and operational excellence.
• Support the maintenance and development of governance policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and adjust as needed.
• Achieve defined revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and expense management.
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations.
