Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store Product Demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and exceptional member service, coordinating with warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators, including participation in new location grand openings.

CDS is Costco’s preferred in-house event marketing provider, delivering sales activation and multiple benefits for our clients.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Direct recruitment, training and hiring of part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation including food safety.
• Train demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Coordinate communication between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in grand openings at new locations.
