Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) seeks a Full Time Event Manager to lead recruitment, training and supervision of in-store Product Demonstrators. You will coordinate product prep, presentations and training while ensuring excellent service to Club members and interfacing with warehouse managers, vendors and staff.

This role supports grand openings at new locations. CDS is Costco’s preferred in-house event marketing provider, delivering turnover-friendly marketing services and sales impact

Qualifications

• Minimum education: associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred: bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• NEHA Professional Food Handler Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train and hire part-time staff.
• Oversee product preparation and presentation, including food safety and sanitation.
• Train Product Demonstrators in demonstration preparation and customer service.
• Communicate between managers, vendors and demonstrators.
• Participate in new location grand openings as required.
