Job summary

Club Demonstration Services (CDS) is seeking an Event Manager to recruit, hire and supervise in-store product demonstrators. You will oversee product prep, training and superb service to Club members, ensuring seamless communication between warehouse managers, vendors and demonstrators during grand openings.

The role offers a set Tue-Sat schedule, competitive full-time benefits, and opportunities to contribute to Costco marketing programs across multiple venues.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent experience is required; Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all activities for successful events, promotions and sales of vendor products
• Communicate strategies to achieve sales, service and operational excellence
• Support governance framework, policies and procedures
• Collaborate with District Manager to evaluate event performance metrics and expenses
• Achieve revenue and net income objectives through sales activation and budgeting
• Optimize customer satisfaction and loyalty through improved operations
