Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations and drive product engagement. You will learn product details, interact with consumers, and sell with professional execution across events in retail locations.

Responsibilities include managing demo equipment, maintaining a clean workstation, and coordinating with store teams. The role requires ability to handle food samples safely and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 1-3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate systems.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain event equipment and supplies.
• Be the point of contact for events when Supervisor is absent.
• Lead and support the team during events.
• Explain product features and benefits to customers.
• Prepare and serve food samples safely (raw meats, produce, eggs) and use small appliances.
