Job summary

Acosta Group is seeking an Associate to conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn product details, engage customers, demonstrate and sell products, and manage event equipment in-store backrooms. The role requires a professional appearance and food-safety awareness.

On-site position, up to 25 hours weekly, with responsibilities including setup, executive briefings, and expense reporting. This is a gateway to growth within our experiential marketing team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Food safety knowledge or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-store food and non-food demonstrations, serving and selling products.
• Acquire and maintain knowledge of the products represented.
• Manage event execution equipment in stores and backroom areas.
• Build rapport with store personnel to meet company and client objectives.
• Prepare and submit expense reports and complete online requirements on the day of event.
