Job summary

Acosta Sales & Marketing is seeking an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, learn product details, and engage customers professionally. The role focuses on hands-on event execution, maintaining equipment, and delivering high-quality service in a retail environment.

The position is part-time, capped at 25 hours per week, with potential adjustments based on client needs. Strong safety and communication skills are a must.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1-3 months related experience.
• Food Safety Certification and Local Food Handler permits if required.
• Proficient use of personal computer and mobile devices and internal systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Coordinate with store management about upcoming events and past events when Supervisor is absent.
• Serve, demonstrate, intercept consumers, and sell products in a professional manner.
• Provide leadership and knowledge to the team during events.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples compliant with safety guidelines.
