Michaels Plymouth Meeting in Pennsylvania is seeking an energetic team member to coordinate in-store events, including children’s birthday parties, and to assist guests with shopping and checkout. You will support event activities, facilitate crafts, and help maintain store cleanliness and safety throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for creating fun, engaging experiences for customers of all ages.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Experience with children’s events preferred.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Ability to maintain composure and safety in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Plan and coordinate events at the Michaels Plymouth Meeting store (e.g., kids birthday parties).
• Engage customers and assist with shopping, inquiries, and enrollments in rewards programs and credit cards.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and drive a positive guest experience.
• Assist with truck unloads, stocking, planograms and store recovery duties.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety; set up and clean after events; adapt plans to client feedback.
