Michaels Stores is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and coordinate events inside the store, including children's birthday parties. You will engage customers, assist with checkout, and collaborate with the store team to ensure a fun, safe, and seamless experience.

You will handle communications with clients, manage event add-ons, and support daily store operations while upholding brand standards and policies.

Competenze

• Experience in customer service or retail settings.
• Proven ability to plan and coordinate events, including children's parties.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attentive listening.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Experience with kids' events and craft-focused activities is preferred.
