Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail and stock handling experience preferred.
• Ability to listen and follow directions.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to react calmly and respond to emergency situations.
• Knowledge of textile articles as related to garment classification (garments, etc).

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer with a courteous, friendly and professional attitude; provide prompt, efficient, and accurate customer service at all times.
• Receive donations from donors and issue donation receipts; assist customers with lifting items.
• Sort donations as they arrive into proper carts or bins and assess quality of donations.
• Sort and price hard goods (wares).
• Maintain clean and safe production areas and adhere to dress code.
