Goodwill Industries of Central Florida is seeking a Donations Processor to support our retail floor by sorting, boxing, labeling hangers, and placing items correctly on textile racks. Under the direction of the General Manager, you will greet donors and customers and help maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor.

This role requires physical stamina, reliable attendance, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Formación

• High School education or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Beginner knowledge of the Internet and ability to look up information.

Responsabilidades

• Receive donations politely and issue receipts.
• Rotate stock and bring stock to sales floor promptly.
• Place and present merchandise on textile racks and shelves.
• Sort and label hangers by type.
• Greet customers and provide courteous service.
• Maintain clean, safe sales floor and production area.
• Refer customer complaints to management.
