Job summary

Crossmark Inc. is hiring for an in-store Demonstration Associate to execute food and non-food demos,掌握产品知识, serve customers, and manage event equipment in store locations. You will uphold professional appearance and deliver engaging demonstrations while supporting event logistics.

The role is part-time with limited weekly hours, typically under 25 hours. Training will cover safety standards and product knowledge, and you will collaborate with store teams to meet client objectives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Food Safety Professional Certification; local food handlers permit if required.
• Proficient computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for clean, secure setup in the backroom area.
• Communicate with store management about upcoming and past events when Supervisor is absent.
• Be the point of contact for all events in the store and assist other Event Specialists with kits and tools.
• Lead and share knowledge with the team; gain product knowledge to engage customers.
• Proactively intercept, engage, and sell products to consumers in a positive manner.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines and using small appliances.
• Set up Event Table and ensure a clean, professional workstation; complete tasks as assigned.
• Build rapport with store personnel; complete expense reports and on-line requirements the same day as events.
