Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, acquire product knowledge, and professionally present and break down products and supplies.

The role emphasizes a polished appearance and adherence to event protocols within retail environments. The position involves preparing samples, engaging shoppers, and documenting tasks and expenses, with opportunities to support client visits and audit corrections.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months’ related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in using a personal computer or personal mobile device with applications and internal systems.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Local Food handlers permit may be required.

Responsabilités

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Explain features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances (microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers, knives).
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe workstation using cleaning chemicals.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit all online requirements on the same day as Event execution.
