Job summary

Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations, gaining knowledge of products and engaging consumers to promote sales in a professional manner. The role includes managing event equipment in stores and maintaining a neat appearance.

The position is part-time (up to 25 hours/week) and involves coordinating with store staff, preparing samples, and documenting success with photos and reports.

Qualifications

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training.
• Computer skills: Proficient use of computer and mobile devices with internal systems.
• Certificates: Food Safety Certification and local food handlers permit if required.
• Physical demands: Stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform food prep with basic utensils.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain event equipment and supplies for demonstrations.
• Communicate with store management about events when supervisor is absent.
• Be the point person for all events in the store; assist other team members as needed.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of products to consumers.
• Prepare and serve food samples following safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized demo area and submit required reports.
