Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations, engage customers, and explain product features in retail environments. The role emphasizes professional appearance, safety, and accurate paperwork for events.

The position is part-time, requires high school diploma or GED, and offers pay via hourly compensation with limited travel. Proficiency with PCs and Microsoft tools is expected.

Formación

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience and/or training preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in ability to use and navigate on a personal computer or personal mobile device using applications and internal systems.

Responsabilidades

• Possesses the aptitude and ability to gain adequate knowledge of the products represented.
• Proactively intercept, engage, interact, and sell product to the consumer in a positive manner.
• Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product.
• Prepare and serve food samples using appliances such as microwaves, fryers, skillets, coffee makers and knives.
• Maintain a clean, sterile and safe work station using cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the requirements of the job.
• Set up and prepare Event Table for execution.
• Achieve 100% execution on assigned work.
• Assist with preparation for client visits and audit corrections.
• Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to meet objectives.
• Complete expense reports as per Company Policy.
• Submit on-line requirements on the same day as Event execution.
• Access the internet and company systems (Outlook, Word, Adobe PDF).
