Crossmark Inc. seeks an Associate to perform in-store demonstrations of food and non-food products, engage customers, and maintain knowledge of the represented products. The role requires presenting, serving samples, and upholding a professional appearance and work area.

The position is part-time, up to 25 hours per week, with distribution and travel as needed. A high school diploma or GED is typical, and basic computer skills with MS Outlook/Word/PDF are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related experience or training preferred.
• Proficient in using a computer or mobile device with internal systems.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate products in-store and engage customers professionally.
• Prepare, serve, and break down product samples using small appliances.
• Maintain clean, safe work station and professional appearance.
• Set up Event Table and execute demonstrations with accuracy.
• Complete expense reports per company policy and submit online requirements on time.
• Communicate product features and benefits effectively to consumers.
• Use MS Outlook/Word/PDF to access required documents and communicate.
