Crossmark Inc. is seeking a part-time Associate to perform in-store food and non-food demonstrations. You will learn products, engage customers, and demonstrate benefits while presenting a professional appearance. The role includes event prep, table setup, and processing required online forms on the same day as events.

Responsibilities cover knowledge development, proactive consumer interaction, and accurate reporting in a retail store setting with potential for limited travel.

Formación

• Education/Experience: High school diploma or GED; 1–3 months related experience preferred.
• Computer skills: navigate PC/mobile devices and internal systems.
• Certificates: Local Food handler permits may be required.

Responsabilidades

• Gain knowledge of products represented.
• Proactively engage and sell to consumers.
• Explain features and benefits of products.
• Prepare and serve samples using appliances like microwaves and coffee makers.
• Maintain a clean, safe work station with cleaning supplies.
• Set up and manage Event Table for execution.
• Complete expense reports per Company Policy.
• Submit online requirements on the day of Event execution.
• Navigate company systems; use Outlook, Word and Adobe PDF forms.
