Job summary

The Michaels Companies is hiring a Store Associate for our Granbury, TX location. Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and complete checkout accurately while assisting with stocking and merchandising to keep shelves well stocked.

The role involves operating in a climate-controlled retail environment and supporting omni-channel processes. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required; must be at least 16 years old and capable of lifting/moving merchandise.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop our store.
• Complete checkout with accuracy and operate cash handling to standards.
• Assist with unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms (POGs).
• Support store recovery, in-stock levels, and merchandise presentation.
• Engage customers about rewards programs and enrollments.
• Participate in omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS) where applicable.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies, ensuring safety and compliance.
