You will support in-store operations including unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining planograms and in-stock conditions, while following SOPs and safety rules. Applicants must be at least sixteen years old and meet US federal/state requirements.

Qualifikationen

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.
• Michaels requires all team members in this role to be at least sixteen (16) years or older.

Aufgaben

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop, locating products.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience with cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) processes.
• Support store recovery and merchandise maintenance to ensure an in-stock, well-merchandised store.
