Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for everyday tasks.
• Experience with retail devices such as smartphones and tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Stock merchandise by checking shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to enhance customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
