Titlebucks in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help the local community access financial solutions and provide exceptional in-store experiences. You will process transactions, enter data, and support daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role offers hands-on training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement across the company’s brands. The position is full-time with a 40-hour work week and in-person attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS, MS Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for daily use (mileage paid).
• Background check required per law.
