Qualifications

• Prior retail merchandising or cashier experience preferred.
• Basic math and reading skills; good written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work nights and weekends for a part-time role.

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional customer service.
• Assist customers with inquiries, locate items, complete purchases, and perform POS functions.
• Promote company-wide customer initiatives (donations, loyalty programs, promotions).
• Maintain visually appealing displays, restock areas, and merchandise new items per guidelines.
• Train and coordinate assigned associates; manage breaks according to policy.
• Communicate issues and improvement opportunities to store leadership.
• Maintain a safe and organized environment for customers and associates.
• Handle daily damages and returns per procedures.
