Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles.
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Experience in hospitality/retail service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet customers entering the store.
• Listen attentively and ask thoughtful questions to understand needs.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert.
• Accompany customers through their experience from arrival to hand-off.
• Reduce friction at every step by answering questions and resolving concerns.
