Qualifications

• 3+ years in hospitality or high-touch customer roles.
• Proven ability to resolve concerns with empathy.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and set a professional tone.
• Listen to understand each customer’s needs and concerns.
• Guide customers to the right service or expert within TurboTax network.
• Accompany customers through their entire experience with personal, clear support.
• Reduce friction by answering questions and resolving issues.
• Follow up to ensure questions are resolved and needs met.
