Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands in Topeka, KS, is hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to help customers access financial solutions, process transactions, and deliver in-store experiences.

The role offers an $18.25 hourly wage with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for training, advancement, and cross-brand mobility across the company's eleven brands.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check completed under applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role (standing, lifting).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in the POS system.
• Build new business through daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by taking payments and scheduling appointments.
• Occasionally perform on-site tasks and participate in events to boost brand presence.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Follow security procedures and opening/closing routines, including vault management.
• Stay compliant with policies and laws; participate in ongoing training.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (≥40 hours/wk).
