Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.

• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system with precision.
• Support on-site activities, including store appearances and events.

• Maintain opening/closing procedures and cash handling protocols.
