Michaels in Cedar Knolls, NJ is seeking an Event Coordinator to plan and execute in-store events, including children’s birthday parties, while delivering excellent customer service.

You will engage guests of all ages, teach activities, manage event add-ons, and coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction. The role requires energy, strong communication, and retail/customer service experience.

• Manage add-ons like goody bags and balloons per company standards.
• Communicate events with clients and store team members.
• Handle administrative tasks: emails, calls, paperwork.
