Job summary

Optimum, a leader in connectivity, is seeking enthusiastic, motivated Retail Sales Consultants to join our in-store team. You will connect with customers, explain our products and services, and help customers choose solutions that fit their needs while aiming to exceed sales targets.

You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding service, handling payments, resolving issues, and collaborating with teammates to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work full time and weekends.
• Ability to travel to other stores within 35 miles if required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, listen to needs, and guide product/service selections.
• Educate customers about options and upsell where appropriate.
• Process payments and handle billing/service questions efficiently.
• Troubleshoot basic issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Represent Optimum as a brand ambassador and support teammates.
