Job summary

Optimum in Stillwater is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Consultants to join one of the company’s largest sales channels. You will connect with customers, explain our connectivity solutions, and aim to exceed sales targets while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As an in-store brand ambassador you’ll build trust, stay informed about evolving products, collaborate with teammates, and grow your skills within Optimum’s rewarding compensation plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
• At least one year of retail selling experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required and discussed during interview.
• Able to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Able to work full time and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build connections with customers and guide them to the right products and services.
• Stay informed about products and industry trends to educate customers.
• Assist with billing, service questions, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and integrity.
