Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 1 year of retail selling experience is expected.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
• Occasional travel to other stores within 35 miles may be required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Full-time availability including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for customers and create a welcoming store environment.
• Act as product expert, stay current on offerings and suggest best options.
• Handle billing, service questions, payments, exchanges, and equipment issues.
• Represent the Optimum brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
