Job summary

Green Thumb Industries (GTI) in Whitehall, OH is hiring a RISE Personal Care Specialist to guide customers through our dispensary with friendly, barista-like service and expert product knowledge. You will educate patients and customers on products and consumption methods, recommend safe regimens, handle POS and transactions, and help maintain a compliant, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• At least one year of customer service experience, retail preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks for cannabis employment.
• Must have valid driver’s license or state ID.
• Able to work varying shifts including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Must be compliant with all cannabis regulations.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a customer-facing retail environment.
• Educate customers on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on needs; stay up to date on product knowledge.
• Promote a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.
• Verify order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support management to ensure compliant store operations.
• Ensure compliance with local/state cannabis regulations and store presence.
• Maintain inventory and product presentation standards.
• Follow security and safety procedures.
