Green Thumb Industries (GTI) seeks a RISE Personal Care Specialist to engage with patients and customers in our Pennsylvania dispensary. You’ll guide guests through our menu and help select products and consumption methods.

You’ll educate on safety, maintain compliance, assist with store operations, and ensure a welcoming, professional environment. Prior cannabis experience not required; 21+ and background check required.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience; retail experience preferred.
• Flexible scheduling including mornings, days, nights, and weekends.
• Reliable and dependable attendance is required.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must pass background checks including cannabis employment requirements.
• No prior cannabis experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with patients/customers in a retail environment from entry to checkout.
• Educate on products, methods of consumption, and safety.
• Recommend safe and effective regimens based on needs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-oriented store environment.
• Assist in verifying order deliveries for accuracy.
• Support store operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure sales floor presence and proper stock.
• Maintain records and follow security and safety procedures.
