Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers. You will work up to 30 hours per week, interacting with customers and store management while driving results.

Responsibilities include unpacking cases, stocking shelves, and securing prime placements for Mattel brands. You’ll collaborate with store teams and lead associates, with a flexible daytime schedule and potential overtime during holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours; weekends may be required.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams and act as brand ambassador.
• Secure prime product placements for Mattel brands on the floor.
• Unpack cases and merchandise products on the sales floor.
• Construct and deconstruct store fixtures and implement PO Materials.
• Train and lead team associates and provide real-time business insights.
• Complete reports, store surveys, and manage expenses as needed.
