Job summary

Mattel, Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers in the Austin area. You will work up to 30 hours per week, engage with store management and customers, and drive product placement and merchandising excellence across our brand portfolio.

Qualifications

• Merchandising experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams.
• Brand ambassador for Mattel products and brands.
• Secure prime product placements on the sales floor.
• Unpack cases of Mattel toys and merchandise shelves.
• Train and lead store associates on merchandising standards.
• Provide real-time business insights and reports.
