Job summary

Mattel RS, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandiser to grow Mattel's presence at major retailers in Canton, MI 48188. Work up to 30 hours per week with additional hours during peak seasons, engaging customers and store management to drive results.

You will unpack cases, merchandise shelves, place Point of Purchase materials, and maintain strong relationships with store teams while representing Mattel's brands with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Available to work daytime hours during the week; occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store teams and act as a brand ambassador for Mattel/FP Brands.
• Secure prime product placements and unpack cases of Mattel toys.
• Merchandise and organize products on the sales floor; construct & deconstruct fixtures.
• Execute special projects and complete store surveys and reports; train and lead team associates.
